• We specialize in the preparation, sale, and delivery of tamales and related food products.
   
• By purchasing from us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian permission.
   

• All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
   
• Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice.
   
• We accept credit cards, debit cards, and other secure payment methods through our website.
   
• Full payment must be made at the time of order, unless otherwise agreed (e.g., catering deposits).
   

• Pick-Up: Orders can be collected at our San Diego location during posted business hours.
   
• Delivery: Available within designated areas. Delivery fees may apply.
   
• We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or events beyond our control.
   

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup/delivery for a full refund.
   
• Same-day cancellations may not be refunded due to food preparation costs.
   
• Refunds are only issued for incorrect, damaged, or missing items. Please contact us immediately if there is an issue with your order.
   

• Large or catering orders may require a deposit.
   
• Deposits are non-refundable if canceled less than 72 hours before the event.
   
• Final payment is due before or upon delivery/pick-up of catering orders.
   

• We take pride in preparing our tamales with high-quality ingredients.
   
• However, our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens such as corn, dairy, nuts, and chile peppers.
   
• Customers are responsible for notifying us of any dietary restrictions or allergies when ordering.
   

• All content on our website (logo, branding, photos, menus, and written content) is the property of Tamalada and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
   

• Tamalada is not liable for:
   
  • Any allergic reactions, health issues, or damages resulting from consumption of our products.
     
  • Delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances.
     
  • Website downtime or technical issues outside of our control.
